Spotted - Citroen SM With Vinyl Top

I came across a Citroen SM at the Le May museum this afternoon. Never seen one sporting a vinyl top before.

Looks like the museum got another one of the same color tucked away in the warehouse...

I wonder about the mechanical condition of these two cars. Do they run them at all? I bet the drive train is in need of some TLC...
