Cool Car Dashboards

Some are simple, some are very stylish. Some are minimalistic, others are packed with instrumentation. Down to business or a bit over the top. They are all unique in their own right and reflect the character of the car and the culture that designed them. Here are a few of the cool dashboards that caught my eye last year.

UPDATE - Part 2 of this series can be found here...

1934 Alfa Romeo P3

Oldsmobile Toronado - Vertical speedometer in a nicely symmetrical dashboard layout.

T-bucket - Vertical steering wheel - Must be an interesting driving experience.

First generation Mustang - That wood rimmed steering wheel bring back memories of childhood.

60's Plymouth - Translucent steering wheel.

Panhard PL17 - Simple and elegant.

Fiat 850 Coupe - Another one full of memories.

Early 20th Century Stanley Steamer.

Alfa Romeo Giulieta

1960's Seat - Gauges in Spanish need some work.

Studebaker Avanti.

Ford Model T

Ford GT40

Fiat 600 Multipla.

BMW Isetta.

First generation Corvette.

Edsel - Cool transmission selector on the steering wheel.
